During Disney’s D23 Entertainment Showcase, fans were given an early look at the highly anticipated animated movie. The preview revealed several exciting details, including Anna and Kristoff’s wedding, a strange portal, and a mysterious new villain.

Anna and Kristoff Are Getting Married

One of the biggest surprises from the Frozen 3 preview was the news that Anna will marry Kristoff.

Kristen Bell, who voices Anna, confirmed that the couple will finally take their relationship to the next step. Kristoff, voiced by Jonathan Groff, has been by Anna’s side throughout her journey, making their wedding an important moment for the Frozen story.

Elsa will also be part of the celebration as Anna begins this new chapter of her life.

Elsa Discovers a Mysterious Portal

The new movie will not stay in Arendelle for long.

Idina Menzel, the voice of Elsa, teased that the world of Frozen has become more mysterious since the previous movie. The preview reportedly showed Anna and Kristoff meeting Elsa near a pier on their wedding night.

Elsa is seen examining a strange stone that appears to create a portal to another snowy world. The mysterious land seems far more dangerous and unpredictable than anything Elsa has faced before.

A New Villain Arrives

The portal leads the characters into a completely new world, where they encounter a mysterious female villain.

Her face was not shown during the D23 presentation, but the character reportedly has short black hair and wears a dark, threatening cape. Her appearance suggests that Anna and Elsa may be facing one of their most dangerous enemies yet.

Disney has not revealed many details about the villain, leaving fans with plenty of questions about her identity and connection to the mysterious new world.

Frozen 3 Release Date

Frozen 3 is scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 24, 2027. Disney is already developing Frozen 4, so Anna and Elsa’s story is far from over.

With a royal wedding, a mysterious new world, and a brand-new villain, Frozen 3 could take the franchise in a very different direction while keeping the characters fans love at the center of the story.
