Jeevan Bheema Yojana Release Date: Arshad Warsi’s Dark Comedy Arrives September 4

Arshad Warsi is ready to appear in a new and challenging role with Jeevan Bheema Yojana. The upcoming dark comedy will now release worldwide in cinemas on September 4, 2026.

The film was earlier planned for an August 28 release. The makers have now moved the date to September 4 and have also revealed a new poster confirming the theatrical release.

Arshad Warsi Plays a Double Role

Directed by Abhishek Dogra, Jeevan Bheema Yojana marks Arshad Warsi’s first double role on the big screen. He plays two very different characters, Jeevan and Bheema.

The film also stars Sanjeeda Shaikh, Vijay Raaz, Pooja Chopra, Bijendra Kala and the late Atul Parchure in important roles.

The story combines dark comedy, crime and suspense with a mistaken-identity plot.

What Is Jeevan Bheema Yojana About?

The film follows Jeevan, a man struggling with debt and everyday problems. His life takes a sudden turn when he comes across Bheema, a dangerous man who looks exactly like him.

What appears to be a chance to change his life soon becomes a major problem. Lies, greed and risky choices bring Jeevan into a dangerous situation that becomes increasingly difficult to control.

Sanjeeda Shaikh plays Yojana, Jeevan’s smart and practical wife. Vijay Raaz will be seen as Vinayak, a mysterious character connected to the story.
