Writer Bilal Siddiqi has shared an update on the possible return of The Ba**ds of Bollywood*. According to Siddiqi, Netflix and Shah Rukh Khan-owned Red Chillies Entertainment are currently discussing the idea of Season 2.

According to Siddiqi, their creative partnership worked well because they shared a similar sense of humour and had a clear understanding of how they wanted to tell the story.

If Season 2 gets approved, viewers could once again see the series explore the entertainment industry through its satirical and humorous style.

For now, though, there is no confirmed release date, cast announcement or production timeline for The Ba**ds of Bollywood Season 2*.
